The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers' standard within 7 days of purchase, customers can call the JNC customer service to follow up.
  • Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us.
  • Packing, accessories, and user guide should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
  • The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced, or contain any trace of use.
  • No exchange would be made for the product that has undergone any repair by unauthorised third parties.
  • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  • We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.

    I. Scope of Application

    Products purchased by you through the JNC official website, sales channels, or JNC exhibitions enjoy a 7-day shopping guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee aims to maximize your rights and provide you with a worry-free shopping experience.

    If the product has been unsealed, unused, with intact packaging and complete accessories, and is verified to have manufacturing defects after inspection, it may be exchanged for a product of the same model (this provision applies only to certain products, with the final terms determined by JNC). Each purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Customers must bring the product to the service center for inspection and exchange arrangements.

    Damage, leakage, breakage, performance failures, and missing components occurring during transportation will be verified by after-sales personnel (missing components refer to the absence of original accessories).

    JNC reserves the right of final decision.

    II. Situations Not Covered by the 7-Day Shopping Guarantee

    1. Human Damage: Quality or appearance issues caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation, including but not limited to torn or altered labels, machine serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks.

    2. Commercial Use: This includes, but is not limited to, office use, business operations, and engineering applications that exceed normal product usage frequency.

    3. Inability to Provide Invoice Information: In cases where the invoice information does not match the product or has been altered.
